About Family Anime Festa 2026
- What is Family Anime Festa 2026?
- Family Anime Festa 2026 is a sister-event of AnimeJapan 2026, hosted by the same organizer. It takes place on March 28 [Sat] – 29 [Sun] 2026 at the South Exhibition Hall 1, open only for family attendees.
Any attendee that is at elementary school age (and under) and their guardians are free to enter.
*For attendees over middle school age to enter AnimeJapan 2026, admission ticket for AnimeJapan 2026 is required. - What kind of event is Family Anime Festa 2026?
- A. It is an anime-event targeting families and children.
It presents various programs including exhibit booths, and Family Anime Stage. - How much is the admission fee?
- This area is admission free. However, entrance is limited to elementary school children and under, as well as their guardians. Adults cannot enter alone.
- Are there any areas that cost money? What forms of payment are accepted?
- Souvenir Shop Workshop Area and Food Corner have costs associated with them.

- Family Anime Festa 2026 has its own admission gate to enter directly.
*Admission is limited to elementary school children and under, as well as their guardians.
Visiting and Admission
- How do accompanying adults enter later to join their children who are already inside?
- We will be checking that adults are accompanying children when they enter. If an adult wants to enter later, the child inside must first meet them at the entrance. After confirming that the adult is accompanying a child, the adult will be able to enter.
- What should I do in case I wish to enter AnimeJapan 2026 after entering Family Anime Festa 2026?
- If you want to enter AnimeJapan 2026 straight from Family Anime Festa 2026, please wait in line at the end of the general admission line for AnimeJapan 2026. *Elementary school age children and younger can enter AnimeJapan 2026 free of charge. However, accompanying adults and other children middle school age and older must buy a ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the Information Booth inside Family Anime Festa or at the AnimeJapan same-day ticket booth.*Same-day tickets at the Family Anime Festa information desk will be available only after the general admission line for AnimeJapan 2026 has been cleared.
For those bringing small children
- Can I bring my stroller inside the venue?
- Yes, you can.
Admission is permitted. Stroller parking areas are located near the 2F Hall entrance and near the 1F Family Stage. Please be advised that the area near the 1F Family Stage may become very crowded.
Please keep your valuables with you.
The venue is extremely crowded, so please be careful when moving around.
Also, strollers are not allowed in the stage viewing area. - Are you renting a stroller?
- We are sorry but we do not offer that service.
- Is there a nursing room and diaper-changing space?
- Both of those are available in the venue. Please be mindful of other users when crowded.
- Is there hot water available for baby milk in the venue?

Facilities are not available within the venue; please use the baby room on the 2nd floor.
